Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship daily from Tijuana through the Otay Mesa crossing, and foam packaging manufactured in Mexico enters the US duty-free under USMCA. Pricing is quoted in USD.
Can you match a part I already buy?
Yes. Attach a drawing — PDF, DXF, DWG or STEP — or describe the part on the quote form and send a sample. Engineering matches the geometry, density and material, and confirms with you before anything is cut.
How fast do I get a price?
The quote tool gives you a budget estimate immediately, along with the IPS part number for your spec. An engineer re-costs it against real material and machine rates and confirms final pricing and lead time within one business day.
Which foam should I use?
PE for general protection, anti-static PE for electronics, XLPE where you need fine cells and clean routed cavities, PU for delicate or polished surfaces, and EPS for economical block protection. If you are unsure, describe the product and we will specify it.
Do you make stock sizes as well as custom parts?
Both. There is a published stock line — 36-inch corner protectors, U-channel, protective tubing and solid rod — and fully custom fabrication in any of the eight foams we run.
Do you supply maquiladoras in Baja California?
Yes. Tijuana and Baja plants get local delivery, bilingual engineering and kanban programs, with no border crossing in the supply chain.
