Sheets and planks are the raw form of protective packaging — and buying them from the plant that also fabricates means you get real material guidance, not just a price per sheet. IPS supplies all eight foam families in standard and custom sheet sizes, skived to thin gauges or laminated up to thick blocks.
Fabricators buy our planks as stock; manufacturers buy sheets cut ready to use. Either way, density and cell structure are matched to the job before anything ships.

What density should I order?
Density follows the load: light electronics ride on 1.2–1.7 pcf, general industrial on 1.7–2.2 pcf, and heavy parts on 4 pcf and up. Tell us the product weight and bearing area and we'll spec it.
Can you cut sheets to my exact nesting size?
Yes — we cut planks and sheets to the exact dimensions that optimize your yield, not just catalog sizes.
Do you sell less than truckload quantities?
Yes — sheets ship from single-carton trial quantities up to truckloads, with pricing that steps down at volume.
