Foam Pads
The humble pad does most of packaging's quiet work: separating layers, filling voids, and keeping finished surfaces off hard walls. IPS cuts pads to your exact footprint and thickness in any of our eight foams — from soft PU for delicate finishes to closed-cell PE for load-bearing separation.
Pads ship flat-packed and dense, so freight stays cheap, and adhesive-backed versions peel and stick for fast line-side application.

Frequently asked questions
What thickness pad do I need between layers?
For separation only, ¼"–½" PE or EPE does the job; for cushioning between heavy layers, step up to 1"–2" and we'll match density to the load. Send product weight per layer and we'll spec it.
Can pads have cutouts?
Yes — holes, slots, and corner reliefs are die-cut or CNC-cut into pads for locating parts or clearing fixtures.
Do you supply adhesive-backed pads?
Yes, with pressure-sensitive adhesive backing for peel-and-stick application on the line.
