EVA Foam

EVA is the foam customers touch on purpose: dense, rubbery, and satisfying, with cut edges that stay crisp through years of use. It's the material of tool shadow boards, retail presentation kits, and cases that open in front of a buyer.

Dense EVA foam with clean cut edges

IPS routes and die-cuts EVA into inserts and laminated multi-color builds where cavity contrast (black over red, for instance) makes missing items obvious at a glance.

Frequently asked questions

Why EVA instead of XLPE for a kit?

EVA is denser and more tactile — it reads as a finished product surface, and its edges survive daily open-and-close use. XLPE is lighter and better for cushioning duty; EVA is better for presentation and wear.

Can you do two-color shadow boards?

Yes — a colored base laminated under a black top layer makes every empty cavity visible instantly. Standard for tool control programs.
